We offer desk spaces and Studio’s for artist printmakers at Croydon & Vauxhall. All spaces benefit from free unlimited print room access.

VAUXHALL Price List

Minimum 3 month contracts at the Handbag Factory, Vauxhall. Prices all inclusive with full print room access.

Studios: £525pcm full studio or £320pcm as a half studio share.

Large Desk Pod: 190cm wide, £290 pcm all inclusive

Small Desk Pod: 130cm wide, £250 pcm all inclusive

Beautiful building shared with other creatives, with direct access to print rooms.

HANDBAG FACTORY, VAUXHALL —Studio & desk PODS (with Open access)

The studios are situated on the ground floor of the Handbag Factory. Located with easy reach from Vauxhall, Oval and Kennington, the former handbag factory now provides a beautiful space for creatives. The building will be alarmed and staffed by Artist Studio Company with access 7 days a week 8:00am - 9:00pm Monday to Friday / 8:00am - 6:00pm on weekends.

All spaces include free access** to printmaking facilities on site for screenprint on paper, on fabric and intaglio processes. This includes London’s largest (unverified!) at 1.8m x 3m print bed, professional fabric printing table at 1.5m x 2.8m and a large etching press, bed 70x130cm. More here.

Also included in the monthly rental are facilities such as: kitchen, break out spaces, high-speed broadband, air source heating, communal garden, secure cycle storage. There are also two art galleries and event spaces which are available to hire.

All studios and desks benefit from natural light, wifi, all bills included. We require 1 month’s rent in advance as deposit and 1 month’s notice when vacating, 3 months minimum term.

CROYDON — desk POD / open access

Desk spaces with direct access to print rooms, situated on the ground floor of the Art House in Croydon, home also to more than 60 artists from ASC working in a range of fine art and designer/make practices.

All desk spaces include access to the print rooms with a range of professional screenprint and intaglio equipment (find out more about our facilities), 24/7 access all year round, wifi, heating, secure bike storage, showers, access to shared breakout space. Inclusive of all bills. We require 1 month deposit in advance and 1 month’s notice when vacating, with a minimum 3 month term.

Croydon Studio PRICE LIST

£225 pcm all inclusive with 3 month minimum contract with full print room access. We currently have desks available now. Desk pods in a beautifully bright studio with direct access to print rooms and free open access printing included.
