We collect only basic personal data you give to us. This does not include any special types of online analysis or location based information. This can however include basic information - your name, address, email address etc.

  • When you join as a studio/desk holder, for the purpose of a tenancy agreement

  • When purchasing an open access pass or workshop online

  • When booking an open access print session online

  • When specifying your marketing preferences

  • Any information contained in emails and other communications you send to us

All information we collect is provided by you directly.

Bainbridge Print Studios does not hold any of your financial information. Open access passes and workshops are paid for through the website www.bainbridgeprint.com, hosted by Squarespace. See the Squarespace Privacy Policy here.

 

Why we need your information and how we use it
The personal data we process is processed by our staff in London, UK. No third parties have access to your personal data. The content of the news we send is subject to your subscription settings, which can be updated by you at any time.

If you are a current studio/desk holder of Bainbridge Print Studios:

  • For the administration of your tenancy
  • Announcements about the studio, including maintenance, news and updates
  • For news about events, including fairs, opportunities, open studios and the Bainbridge Open
  • For general announcements, including new services, products and special offers

If you are a past studio/desk holder of Bainbridge Print Studios:

  • When vacating a studio or desk space, you will be asked if you would like to continue to receive news from us and will be given the opportunity to continue to subscribe to our mailing list. You can update your subscription settings at any time, or unsubscribe and your details will be deleted permanently

If you are on the waiting list at Bainbridge Print Studios:

  • To communicate with you about availability and shares

If you have subscribed to the Bainbridge Print Studios mailing list:

  • To communicate with you about workshops, including new dates, new workshops and special offers

  • To communicate with you about open access membership and facilities, including news, updates and special offers

  • To communicate with you about events, including fairs, opportunities, open studios and the Bainbridge Open

  • General announcements, including new services, products and special offers

  • General publicity, promotion and announcements

We will not collect personal data from you we do not need in order to fulfil this.


How long do we keep it?

If you are a current studio/desk holder of Bainbridge Print Studios:

  • We keep the information provided for the duration of your tenancy and then for 6 years once you vacate, after which time your data will be deleted permanently

If you are a past studio/desk holder of Bainbridge Print Studios:

  • We will keep information provided for 6 years after you vacate, after which time your data will be deleted permanently
  • When vacating a studio or desk space, you will be asked if you would like to continue to receive news from us and will be given the opportunity to continue to subscribe to our mailing list. You can update your subscription settings at any time, or unsubscribe and your details will be deleted permanently

If you are on the waiting list at Bainbridge Print Studios:

  • Your basic information (name and email address) we use for studio vacancy notifications will be kept with us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information.

  • If you unsubscribe from the waiting list your data will be deleted permanently. You are welcome to re-apply at any time

If you have subscribed to the Bainbridge Print Studios mailing list:

  • Your basic information (name and email address) will be kept with us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive news from us. You can update your preferences or unsubscribe at any time by following the link in the footer of our emails

What are your rights?
If at any point you believe the information we hold for you is incorrect, you can contact Bainbridge Print Studios and request to see this information, have it corrected or have it deleted.
